3) The NRA’s National Firearms Museum is 85 years old.
4) There were no voter irregularities in the 2020 election.

 Believe it or not, the first three statements are absolutely true ! For nearly 10,000 US soldiers, World War One did not end until November of 1920. Men of the 27th, 31st and 339th Infantry Regiments were sent to Russia in 1918 and did not leave until 1920. In those two years they fought numerous engagements and lost 48 men in combat related deaths.

 One Captain of the 31st Infantry, Roy F. Lynd of Kansas, kept a detailed diary of his time in the Siberian Expedition. The only souvenir that he kept was a Model 1895 Nagant revolver, made at the Tula Arsenal in 1914. Complete with the original brass lanyard, Colonel Lynd’s son, Colonel Robert F. Lynd (USA RET) recently donated his father’s trophy to the National Firearms Museum. It is the centerpiece of our display at the November 20 – 22, 2020 Nation’s Gun Show at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Virginia. NEW YORK (AP) — The swift conviction Monday of a New Jersey man in a mostly botched bombing mission in Manhattan last summer was labeled a victory against terrorism by law enforcement officials, but they urged continued vigilance.

"It's very obvious that this city remains a target," said William F. Sweeney Jr., head of the city's FBI office, at a news conference outside Manhattan federal court after a jury that deliberated about four hours over parts of two days convicted Ahmad Khan Rahimi of all eight charges against him.

Sweeney credited hundreds of law enforcement officers in New Jersey and New York for an airtight case against the 29-year-old Afghanistan-born Rahimi. Evidence at his two-week trial showed he had set off a pipe bomb along a Marine Corps charity race in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, as a morning prelude to the Sept. 17, 2016, evening bombing in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood that injured 30 people...

The U.S. Supreme Court confirms our worst fears they are still extremely liberal!

They allowed an unconstitutional ban on "Assault Weapons" to stand in New York, Connecticut and now coming to a state near you, Maryland.  So we are not near the conservative or even balanced group of Supreme Court Justices we hoped for with the election of Donald Trump! The ban is not based on functionality of the firearm such as unusually large caliber or rapidity of fire but based on it is an ugly looking gun.  Many assault weapons fire the same calibers as many hunting rifles and have same rate of fire, etc.  It unfortunately shows that our supposedly knowledgeable and just U.S. Supreme Court are willfully ignorant concerning firearms and excessively liberal. Any reasonable person capable of logical thought could determine assault weapons are not weapons of war and not in the same category.

This workshop will introduce participants to an array of products on the commercial market that have been proven on the battlefield in the treatment of massive hemorrhage. 

As a result, many lives have been saved by both military medics and civilian responders.  These basic devices are simple enough for the average soldier to use and inexpensive enough for anyone to afford.  

As a result, they are essential components of both the individual first aid kit (IFAK) and family emergency medical kit.  

Principle equipment to be addressed during the workshop will include the following: Tourniquet, Pressure Bandage, Clotting Dressing, Occlusive Dressing, Tension Pneumothorax Needle, and Nasopharyngeal Airway.


The workshop will run for one hour. The purchase of a trauma kit is required to participate in the workshop.

​The shutdown of a gun ring supplied with more than 200 guns bought in Virginia for resale in New York City has reinvigorated calls for a state law that limits handgun purchases to one per month.

Proponents wanting to restore a so-called “one-gun-a-month” measure in Virginia say it would stifle the flow of guns from the state to crime scenes elsewhere, and that a law repealed in 2012 after nearly 20 years on the books did just that.​

U.S. top court spurns challenge to Maryland assault weapons ban

November 28, 2017

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court dealt a setback on Monday to gun rights proponents including the National Rifle Association, refusing to hear a challenge to Maryland's 2013 state ban on assault weapons enacted after a Connecticut school massacre.

The court turned away an appeal by several Maryland residents, firearms dealers and the state NRA association, who argued that the ban violated their right to keep and bear arms under the U.S. Constitution's Second Amendment. The conservative-majority court on Monday also declined to hear a challenge to Florida's ban on openly carrying firearms.

 FAIRMONT, W.Va. - Medal of Honor recipient Hershel "Woody" Williams and the Hershel Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation in collaboration with United Parcel Service (UPS) will dedicate the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument- Fairmont, WV at the Hershel Woody Williams Armed Forces Reserve Center.  Senator Joe Manchin along with Gold Star Families 
from West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio will participate in a ceremony on December 5th at 2:00 p.m. and unveil the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument (GSFMM) at approximately 2:30 p.m.The GSFMM is a tribute to families who have lost a loved one in the military service of our country.
 
This GSFMM pays tribute to those Gold Star Families left behind, the families who have lost a loved one in the military.  West Virginians have always answered the call for help-whether here at home or halfway around the world.  The GSFMM reminds us of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and to always honor their families-the mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, sisters, 
brothers and all relatives. 
 
"West Virginia is known to have the most patriots per capita serving America, and lost more of her loved ones per capita in the Armed Forces than any other state," said Medal of Honor recipient Hershel "Woody" Williams. "The dedication of the Gold Star Families Memorial Monument to those who gave one or more of their loved ones is long overdue, and it says to all those who suffered that loss, We have not forgotten. We will remember."
 
Established in 2012, Hershel Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation is a charitable 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization that pursues specific endeavors and goals through the vision of Medal of Honor Recipient Hershel "Woody" Williams.  The Foundation encourages, with the assistance of the American public and community leaders, establishing permanent Gold Star Family Memorial Monuments in their communities throughout our country.  Its purpose is to honor Gold Star Families who have sacrificed a loved one in the service of their country.

This is clearly a Winchester Model 52 rifle, but the story surrounding this unique transparent-stocked rimfire concerns a competitive shooter that wanted to stand out in the crowd.  Working in the plastics industry, our shooter took some leftover acrylic and fashioning a buttstock, constructed an eye-stopping target arm.  How well did this Winchester shoot?  Our donor relates that this rifle was responsible for winning many regional smallbore trophies and medals.  In 1950s Indiana, this evidently was the .22 rifle to beat at the local ranges, assuming folks on the firing line could keep their eyes directed towards the backstop and targets.

The NRA National Firearms Museum will be bringing an especially historic firearm to the December 28, 29 & 30 Showmasters Gun Show out at the Chantilly Dulles Expo Center, but this piece of history does not burn any gunpowder when it fires.  When the Lewis & Clark Expedition headed westward on the orders of President Thomas Jefferson, they brought a variety of arms, including an unusual Girardoni air rifle.

Nearly .50 caliber, this repeating air gun was brought along as a diplomatic measure.  When fully pressurized, after pumping 1500 times, this air rifle could bring down an elk.

A tube on the side of the barrel held 22 lead balls that were singly fed into the chamber as the “hammer” was cocked.  With no smoke and little noise compared to the other

guns brought along by the expedition, this air gun could be utilized for discreet hunting when needed and also was regularly demonstrated to the tribe's Captains Lewis & Clark encountered to illustrate the potential firepower that could be mustered if necessary.
